They were one of the firms that joined the of collective "Agricultural & General Engineers" group AGE in 1919. The group was not a success and went bust in 1932. The companies products in 1921 included electric lighting sets, refrigerating plants, steam engines and turbines, air compressors, internal combustion engines and farm tractors. The company is still very much in business.
