abstract
| - The Olzida Azzgaat-class heavy cruiser was a Bregaran licence-built version of the Dreadnaught-class heavy cruiser and was primarily used by the Imperial Navy of the Ingzan-Bregaran Empire, as well as by the rebel Allied Armies Against Ingzan-Bregaran Imperialism, the N'Akkiarlian Star Empire, the House of Dezendyan and the House of Vás, two rich industrial/transportation families who fought a feud against each other at the same time as the Rebellion against the Ingzan-Bregaran Empire and by the Blúd Sháká Pirates, who during the rebellion were privateers for the Empire. The Bregaro thought of her as the "big sister" of there Yukzinak-class destroyer, a license-built clone of the Carrack-class light cruiser which entered service with the Ingzan-Bregaran Imperial Navy in 1,024 ABY and was one of the smallest warships in use in the Ingzan-Bregaran Imperial Navy, dwarfed by her star destroyer-based sisters. The class was named after Olzida Azzgaat, the Bregaran Admiral-in-Chief who led the Bregaran Imperial Navy during the N'Akkiarlian-Bregaro war, and led Bregaran freedom fighter naval forces during the N'Akkiarlian-Ingzan War. There were several types of this class, like the Armed cargo transport model, which looked more rectangular as the hull had extra cargo space, it also had fewer weapons systems as the weaponry blisters found on standard models had been taken out and replaced with extra cargo space. There was also the EW ship version, this had powerful radar and missile jammers and was used to jam enemy radar and missiles. There was also an enlarged Interdictor version which had 4 gravity well generators installed, two on top of the hull and two below, this version was rarer than others and because the hull was larger than others to fit the gravity well generators was thought of as the "big sister" of the standard versions.
