- Cecil (Seshiru) is the Guardian Character of model Yua Sakurai. She appears in Episodes 85 and 86.

- Cecil, labeled as The Blind Kid, was a contestant on Total Drama Losers.
- Cecil is a knight of the Knights of the Crux Ansata, found on the fourth level of the Abyss in Ultima Underworld I. Cecil said that he could give the Avatar some interesting mantras, if the hero would try to join the knights. After the Avatar started on the journey to become a knight, Cecil was happy to share the mantra KOH, which would raise blunt weapons skill. Later, he was rescued by Garamon when the volcano erupted.
- Cecil was a rogue Kaftakkrofakian who became a travelling salesman on Earth. In the 1960s, he came to Earth with other Kaftakkrofakians looking to invade. Their attempts failed, and all of them left except Cecil. Stranded on Earth, he became a travelling salesman and fell in love with Bunty Hamilton. In 1979, the pair attended a party at a motel, where Cecil poisoned the food with an alien slime. When the guests ate the food, they became zombies, but the slime got into the electrics and set them on fire, burning down the motel. - Cecil (セシル Seshiru, fan translated as Cecille) is a playable character from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem and its remake. Initially a member of the 9th platoon of Altean knights, she later joins the 7th platoon. She dislikes losing, and often gets into fights with her fellow knights.
