| - Alvida si Gada Besi (金棒 Kanabo) adalah Kapten dari Bajak Laut Alvida dan juga tokoh antagonis pertama kali yang dihadapi oleh Luffy (pada anime). Dan karena perannya, dia dapat dianggap sebagai antagonis tersier pada Arc Loguetown. Saat ini Alvida beraliansi dengan Bajak Laut Buggy.
- Alvida, aussi surnommée Alvida à la massue, est la première femme pirate rencontrée par Luffy. Elle est capitaine de l'équipage d'Alvida dans lequel se trouvait Kobby. Elle rejoint ensuite L'Équipage du Clown en tant que co-capitaine avec Baggy. Au début de la série elle était recherchée pour Image:Symbole Berry.gif5.000.000.
- Alvida (アルビダ) is a female pirate captain, and one of Luffy's earliest enemies. Initially, she was an obese woman. After her defeat at the young pirate's hands, she leaves her crew and finds the Smooth-Smooth Fruit and consumes it, becoming a slender girl. At one point, she meets and allies with Buggy the Clown. Her attempt at revenge on Luffy to have him publicly executed by Buggy fails. She and the pirates of Buggy are captured by Smoker, but eventually escape. She appears in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 as a non-playable character.

- Alvida (アルビダ Arubida?), también conocida como Maza de Hierro (金棒 Kanabō?), fue la capitana de los Piratas de Alvida y la primera enemiga a la que se enfrentó Luffy en el anime (Higuma en el manga), así como una de las principales antagonistas del Arco Romance Dawn y antagonista terciaria del Arco de Loguetown. Actualmente ejerce como capitana junto a Buggy en la alianza Buggy y Alvida. Consumió la fruta sube sube, cambiando su apariencia radicalmente.

- "Iron Mace" Alvida is the captain of the Alvida Pirates and the first antagonist encountered by Luffy in the anime present timeline (in the manga, Higuma was the first villain). Due to her actions, she can be regarded as the tertiary antagonist of the Loguetown Arc.
- Alvida is first shown as Luffy's first defeated pirate captain. She is very fat and has curly black hair. She also as an over-inflated ego about her looks. You could say she's in denial about how ugly she is. She carries a iron club around, and shows no mercy to anyone who dares to make a bad comment about her looks. When Luffy entered a ship that was under attack from Alvida's Pirates, he befriended poor Coby. Alvida forced Coby as her swabby after he got on her ship by accident. When Alvida attacked Luffy she was defeated with one blow and was sent flying. That isn't the last time Alvida is seen, though. The next time is rather strange and odd. Alvida was never defeated by a man before and developed a crush on Luffy. She decided to hunt Luffy down with the power of the Slipslip Fruit or
