  • Trading is a skill very important for people who like to run a shop. The higher your level gets, the more slots you can have for your shop. And as each slot stands for a different item in your shop you can see that the more slots you have, the more people you will attract. But trading is also important if you like to place or bid on a auction as how higher your level the more bids you can place or the more items you can auction off. Know that the auction is to be found at Eully or Ogre Tradepost.
  • Trade is the process by which one player can transfer or exchange items to or with another player. There is an option when right-clicking on another player to trade with them. This will give the other player a message stating that you want to trade with them. If they then right click on you and ask to trade, the trade screen window will be opened.

  • There need not be any trade within the community or among the members of the community. Every thing of practical use must be shared among the members. But the community as an entity may have to do some kind of trade with other communities or individuals or firms to procure things that are not produced within the community. There should be a conscious effort to minimise the number of people involved in trading.
  • To trade can have three meanings in Guild Wars:
  • Trade is a gameplay mechanic in Empire: Total War.
  • Researching Trade allows Caravans to establish trade routes with friendly and allied cities, increasing Wealth generation. • Trading is an essential feature in Arcane Adventures, allowing fellow players to exchange weapons, gear, and lamina between one another. How good a trade is depends on the worth of the items being traded in lamina. If what you're giving to someone is similar in worth to what you want to be given, then the trade is considered decent. Depending on the worth of each side of the trade, the trade quality can go from "Insanely Good" to "Insanely Bad." Trade quality is always shown on the receiver's side, so if you're planning to trade, the trade quality you see will be what the receiver will find.
  • Trading is the way players exchange items, money and some services.
  • Players can exchange small quantities of finished items in person; to do so, one player highlights the other in his or her reticule, and presses the "use" button (default, enter). The other player will then haave a window pop up, allowing them to either begin negotiations, or reject the offer. If the player accepts the trade invitation, then the trading window pops up, and both players can add or remove items by dragging them from their inventories, and money by typing in an amount. Both players must click the "accept" button before the trade is completed.

  • As in the real world, trading means swapping resources and money. Trading is paramount in CXL, because the entire game economy is designed around the need to swap resources - it's impossible for a city to be completely self-sufficient. So, basically, trading means that you sell your excess production (that your city doesn't need) and buy the resources that your city needs, but doesn't produces.
  • Trading resources is common ingame. You can conduct trades directly ingame with ally members or other players you trust but you can also publicly advertise resources and what you want in exchange at the Trade Forums or OMarket

  • Trade is the natural enemy of all violent passions. Trade loves moderation, delights in compromise, and is most careful to avoid anger. It is patient, supple, and insinuating, only resorting to extreme measures in cases of absolute necessity. Trade makes men independent of one another and gives them a high idea of their personal importance: it leads them to want to manage their own affairs and teaches them to succeed therein. Hence it makes them inclined to liberty but disinclined to revolution.--Alexis de Tocqueville
  • Trading is one of the ways that one can complete the Pokédex. The trainer can use trading to get other Pokémon that they would like, or use trading to evolve certain Pokémon.
  • A trade is a league transaction involving an exchange of competitor contracts and/or draft picks between organizations. In Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW), e-wrestlers may be traded between its two brands, Insanity and Pyromania. Although rare, trades exist to give e-wrestlers new opportunities in new environments.
  • Trade will be a feature in Stellar Dawn, which will allow players and/or non player characters to transfer items or currency, safely from one account to another in exchange for other goods. In RuneScape, trading was used for the buying and selling of items, which will probably be the main use of trading in Stellar Dawn. Two accounts owned by the same person may not interact with each other. This includes trading, dueling and assisting. Anyone doing this is in breach of honour.
  • In any given settlement, there will be the base value assigned to specific goods which can be influenced by a buy price (what you pay), a sell price (what they pay), and a market supply modifier (based upon local abundance or scarcity of that type of commodity). Trade skill will also affect how long it takes to collect taxes.
  • Trade is the backbone of all money making in Granduniverse. It follows the simple idea, buy low sell high. There are many different ways of trade. The most simple form of trade is selling goods you have mined. I.E. you mine ore and sell it to a planet. The amount of money you make depends on the demand. There are 3 stages of demand for planets and starbases. The 3 demands only exist on planets and starbases.

A window will appear with several areas: * The left pane shows what you wish to trade, with item slots and a place to enter any money ( File:Gold.png, File:Silver.png, and/or File:Copper.png) you wish to pay. * The right pane shows what your target wishes to trade, with several item slots. * A special "no-trade" slot at the bottom-left. 3. Add the items you want to trade or expose and/or currency you want to trade on the left side:
  • Whenever you encounter another adventurer, or the target of an "I want it!" quest, you can trade with them. Trading allows you to trade one of your equipment or items for the other hero's equipment or item. If you trade for a cursed or doomed equipment which the NPC has equipped, the NPC will manage to somehow take it off and hand it to you, despite the fact that this should be impossible. This is useful if an adventurer has equipped an item with the "it attracts monsters" attribute, in order to prevent hostile monsters from attacking town NPCs.
  • Player to player trade is initiated by selecting the target player and then right clicking the picture of their face and selecting "Request Transaction". The chat line shortcut is /trade. The trade system is extremely robust. You cannot be tricked into a bad exchange unless you allow yourself to rush the process. If you make a mistake then it is your mistake and you should not expect the game administrators take any action to correct your mistake or to compensate you for failing to correctly use this very robust system.
  • A trade is a personnel move in which two teams swap players or other assets in order to strenghten their respective teams. Uncommon in Europe, trades are, along with free agency and Entry Drafts, the major way for teams to acquire new players in North America.
  • Trading is an action available in most Fire Emblem games. As the name suggests, it lets two characters trade their weapons and items. Trading can only be initiated with allied units you are adjacent to, allied units you've rescued, and (in Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 only) enemy units you've captured. Trading does not end a character's turn; they can still perform such commands as attacking, using staves, shoving, and others after trading, and mounted units can move again after trading. Enemies in Thracia 776 could also trade items with each other although this is only at very rare times. In Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, enemies trade usually vulneraries when they have low HP.
