She made her debut in the episode "The Ballad of Badbeard". Like most Agents in the series, the first name of Agent E is never mentioned. She is also one of the only Agents in the series so far that we can presume is female. The other being Agent C. Although, Agent E could possibly be male, with those other eggs just concealing more technology.
