  • Captain Black is the fictional nemesis of Captain Scarlet and recurring Mysteron agent in the 1960s British supermarionation science fiction television series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons and its rendered 3D remake Gerry Anderson's New Captain Scarlet. "Captain Black" is a code name; his real name is never revealed in the series, although subsequent publications have given this as Conrad Turner. His transformation from human to Mysteron agent occurs on Mars in the first episodes of both the original and new series; "The Mysterons" and "Instrument of Destruction Part 1" respectively.
  • Captain Black was a senior Spectrum officer, before an unfortunate event turned him into the Mysterons' Earth Agent. He was then the mastermind behind many, if not all, of the Mysterons attacks on Earth. The human Captain Black was voiced by Jeremy Wilkin, while the Mysteronised version of him was voiced by Donald Gray.
  • Captain Augustus Black is the head of Section 13 and one of the main characters of Jackie Chan Adventures. As the leader of an elite special forces organization he holds connections with high-ranking government officials, including the President of the United States.
  • In the first episode, Black contacts Jackie and takes him to Section 13, asking the archeologist to temporarily consult against the Dark Hand. Soon Jade and Uncle are also involved into the magical affair, and Black assist the Chans many times for the remainder of the series, especially against the main threats of each season.
