Unfortunately for Dimentio, Mario and his friends also become stronger in this dimension, effectively negating the effects of Dimentio's trap. Dimentio is fought here yet again later in the game in Castle Bleck. Afterward, during the final battle, Dimentio traps Count Bleck, Tippi, and others within Dimension D. The Pure Hearts are used by Count Bleck to break the dimension and travel back to Castle Bleck at the end of the battle. Spoiler warning: Spoilers end here.

Dimension D ist eine von Dimenzio erschaffene Dimension und wird von ihm als Gebiet benutzt, um Kämpfe auszutragen. Der erste Kampf zwischen Mario und co. und Dimenzio fand in Dimension D statt, sowie auch der zweite, wo jedoch nicht Dimenzio selbst sondern O'Klock für ihn kämpft. Später schickt Dimenzio Graf Knickwitz, Nastasia und Tippi in die Dimension D und hält sie dort gefangen. O'Klock und Mimi finden jedoch die Dimension D und helfen Graf Kinckwitz, Nastasia und Tippi zur Flucht.
