  • As their name suggests, Cironielian Chrysalis Eaters are predators chrysalises, mainly those of Tamaraneans, Cironielian Chrysalis Eaters are often responsible for many Tamaranean cocoon deaths. They resemble large terrestrial lobsters in appearance. They seem to begin life as parasites, this form seems to feed on nutrients of Tamaraneans that are not cocoons, although they strangely do not pose much danger until they fully mature.
Goal
  • To consume Chrysalises

They resemble large terrestrial lobsters in appearance. Cironielian Chrysalis Eaters have interesting abilities, one being that they could shape shift as one took on the look of a humanoid woman to seduce Starfire into a trap. The same Cironielian Chrysalis Eater was also seen living in the airless vacuum of space, implying that the species can survive without atmosphere. They also seem to have very sturdy exoskeletons as the one the teen titans fought was resistant to most of their attacks. They seem to begin life as parasites, this form seems to feed on nutrients of Tamaraneans that are not cocoons, although they strangely do not pose much danger until they fully mature. Although predators, Cironielian Chrysalis Eaters also seem to be prey, as the one that was defeated by the teen titans was then eaten by a giant carnivorous plant creature right afterwards.
