  • Philip "Phil" Proctor (born July 28, 1940) is American voice actor for voiced Edwina the Hen in Chicken Run, and Ant in Antz.
  • Phil Proctor is a member of the comedy troupe Firesign Theatre. He is well known for his work on the Disney films Toy Story (1995), Aladdin (1992) and Monsters Inc. (2001). He is married to Melinda Peterson. They have one daughter, Kristin Proctor, from his first marriage, to Barbro Semmingsen.
