After his defeat by Ryo and Ken, Millenniummon's DigiCore transformed into a spirit form sealed in a crystal of hatred and anger. In this form he has no substance. Moon=Millenniummon carries the infamous Digi-egg of Desire. He battled Ryo Akiyama as the final bosses of Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers and Digimon Adventure 02: D-1 Tamers. This time he opened a rift in space and time hurling himself and Ryo through it. In the process the crystal broke and he became XeedMillenniummon.
