Zdobył ogromną popularność na całym świecie, w tym również w Polsce. Piosenka opowiada o tym, jak fałszywa jest Joanna Stefania, jak bawi się uczuciami pewnego mężczyzny i jak podnieca ją jej pokerowa facjata (do najpiękniejszych nie należąca, rzecz jasna). Po osłuchaniu singla w Juesej piosenkę zaczęto puszczać na wszelakich dyskotekach, aż w końcu wszyscy zaczęli mieć jej dość. Jednak teledysk podoba się do dziś.
