Sir William Montagu Graham-Harrison (4 February 1871 - 29 October 1949) was a barrister and civil servant. The son of Captain T A J Harrison, Royal Artillery and Violet Evelyn Cecilia Graham, he was educated at Wellington College and Magdalen College, Oxford. He was called to the bar in 1897. He was a member of the London School Board for four years: co-opted to fill a casual vacancy in the representation of Marylebone in October 1900, he held the seat until the board's abolition in 1904.
