The smaller the dome, the stronger the pull. However, larger domes lose a decrease in pulling power. Once an opponent enters this dome, they are trapped in it until the technique is finished. The inside of the dome is a chaotic mass of whirling energy that depletes and eliminates any trace of oxygen and other gases thus creating a perfect vacuum. Organic beings can only live for a few seconds in this tightly sealed barrier. People who survive this technique have a 15% chance of living due to the negative effects it has on the body. This technique can be detrimental to the user in various ways. The first is that the user is not protected from the techniques effects.
