Devlin Medical Technologies, also known as D.M.T, are a government funded organization that exist on Earth. They are privy to the most basic details of research development made by the military through the Stargate program though it was believed that they were not aware of the Stargate, however after being surprised by what they were being sent by the United States Air Force, certain members decided to perform some of their own research on the source of these breakthroughs and discovered information about Stargate Command and most of their projects.
