About: Password Bleeper   Sponge Permalink

An Entity of Type : owl:Thing, within Data Space : dbkwik.webdatacommons.org associated with source dataset(s)

A password bleeper is a device used by agents in the Harry Potter continuum (and possibly other continua where passwords are often required). The password bleeper can be used to enter locations such as Hogwarts common rooms. It functions by repeating the most commonly used passwords, up to a thousand for each Hogwarts house, though generally nowhere near a thousand are necessary before the device hits the right one (Suethors not generally being very creative). Like much of PPC technology, the password bleeper was invented by Makes-Things.
