Jocktopus Ludwig Vandenbush (simply known as Jocktopus) is a big simple-minded, eight-armed school bully who refers to himself in the 3rd person yet somewhere underneath all the meat, is a brain and a heart longing to be expressed. He is the main antagonist of the Disney animated series "Fish Hooks".
