The first incarnation of the JPC was formed by Damien Forge, recently departed from what was then the Republic of Gishoto to spread Aneism around the globe. However, he arrived in the midst of communist domination of Kafuristan, and the right-wing approach was not appreciated. Only three years later Damien was killed by a roadside bomb, leaving the party in the hands of his younger brother Aeneas Forge, and the Wolf Legion with Ugran Forge.
