Spins winds around user just fast enough to knock aside all aerial attacks, most elemental attacks, and mess up the aim of some physical attacks. As this is made up of wind, it is nearly invisible, making it a very helpful defense. A more advanced version of this is Ko Shippuu Toku (Great Hurricane Shield).
