Specules is a dark wizard from Korgoth of Barbaria. Besides being a student of the dark arts, he is also a collector of rare and valuable trinkets. The most valuable piece in his collection is the Golden Goblin of the Fourth Age. He is known he making nightly appearances on the balcony of his floating tower where he stands with his arms high, staring into the ether for 45 minutes, or until his arm get tired, then return into his tower. For not being seen on his balcony for over a month, he was to be presumed dead. But really, he was actually on vacation.
