A bookstore is a rabbit hole in The Sims 3. It is the place where Sims can buy and sell books and they can get a part-time job as a Bookstore Clerk. This is one of the properties Sims can partner with and own in The Sims 3. All the general books and skill books are available also in the local library, although Sims cannot take library books home as they do not own them.
