The Left Foot is an enemy in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. It is fought in the bottommost levels of the Depths, alongside Right Foot. It either uses a weak physical attack, Venomous Gas to inflict Poison to the entire party along with minor non-elemental physical damage, Bad Breath to inflict multiple statuses to a single party member, or Sleeping Gas to inflict Sleep on one party member. It is otherwise not a difficult foe to defeat despite its high HP.
