The Bomberman (ボンバーマン Bonbāman) universe refers to the Super Smash Flash series' collection of characters, stages, and properties that hail from a video game franchise developed by Hudson Soft. The Bomberman universe takes place in a distant galaxy known as the Bomber Nebula. Games in the franchise usually consist of players solving a series of levels by placing bombs in strategic positions in order to destroy foes and or obstacles.
