Nōsei can use this technique on a larger scale to cause a swirling mass of debris that can visually impair people in a large radius. It is extremely effective in dry locations with a lot of sand or dirt. The latter use of this technique requires more chakra, but doesn't pose a greater threat to anyone caught within the wind. Actually the most damage that this technique could inflict would be the result of small amounts of debris coming in contact with a person's eyes. Nōsei's strength with this technique results from the ability to hide out of sight before striking an enemy. He appears able to maintain this technique for extended amounts of time without much effort, but a solid strike will negate the technique.
