Greber was a member of the Footprints spy ring which infiltrated Micro-Eye Industries and stole the top-secret satellite camera they were developing for the US government. He is a short, bald man with a brusque manner. He impersonated an Immigration officer and attempted to arrest Gomez, a member of the Huellan underground who had stowed away on the Dorado.
