She was assigned to investigate Vadim Pushkov, a hacker who stole the Homeland Security Automated Identification Database (H-SAID) and downloaded it to his laptop so he could sell it to the Irina Kapp, a member of the Estonian mafia. H-SAID contains information on thousand of travelers, and would allow terrorists to use the stolen credentials to smuggle their own people into the U.S. She later cuts a deal with Fermin OrdoƱez where she brought his family to the United States in exchange for the laptop.
