Dagney Michelle Kerr (born February 22, 1972) played the minor recurring role of Claudia, the office secretary at Powers Aviation in the four episodes in Season One of the ABC-TV series George Lopez. Along with her role as Claudia on GL, Dagney is also perhaps best known for her roles as Nurse Ruth Ann Heisel on the ABC-TV series Desperate Housewives, and also as Buffy's demonic roommate Kathy Newman on the WB network series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She has also appeared on such shows as NBC-TV's E.R., Six Feet Under and CBS-TV's The District.
