Vigilante Mobs are a situation where citizens have lost faith in a nation's justice system and have formed into violent mobs to handle crime on their own, which simply causes social disorder and upsets the Conservatives. Vigilante mobs result when there's a high rate of Crime, though - sadly - some mobs are formed due to Racial Tensions. Reducing the crime rate is the easiest way to stop the mobs, though overt displays of law enforcement - such as CCTV Cameras, the Death Penalty, or a highly funded Police Force - can help convince citizens that vigilante justice isn't needed too.
