The Clerk was present at Weatherfield Crown Court during Fiz Stape's murder trial in October 2011. He began proceedings by reading out the charges which were the murders of Colin Fishwick on 30th July 2010, Charlotte Hoyle on 6th December 2010 (read as 9th December) and Joy Fishwick on 10th January 2011. He later began Fiz's sentencing.
