The S.H.I.E.L.D. Advanced Research and Design organization is a division of S.H.I.E.L.D. It is tasked with doing research and development on a number of different technologies and designs. Working in hand with Fantastic Research Inc., the organization is a collection of some of the most brilliant minds that the planet earth has to offer. They have come up with a number of different breakthroughs in a variety of fields. Many scientists utilize S.H.I.E.L.D. funding for their own research, while also working with the organization.
