"Terror" by Neru is a song about being your own individual, with the oppressors being compared to terrorists and the retaliation to these restrictions being a revolution. The boy in the PV is Hanpen from Kanashimi no Nami ni Oboreru, and the girl is Yuu from Yasashii Hito ni Naritai. Parts of the lyrics have also been interpreted as referencing older Neru songs. This song is included on the album EXISTENCE, released several months before "Terror" was uploaded to Niconico Video.
