Out of the two brothers, Joe is the more reckless often known to act first and think later. Joe is known for getting himself in tight spots, and Frank spends a lot of time searching for his brother after he has been captured by the criminals they are currently fighting against. Joe lives with his family in the small town of Bayport, on the east coast of the United States.
