Red Muffler (赤マフ, Aka Mafu) is a C-Class Superhero, rank 89. His power level is used as the control for Child Emperor's device and is set to 100. He tried to stand up against the 170,000-Year Magicicada Larva, but quickly fell back and returned to Shelter Nr. 7. He is named after the red scarf he wears in order to distinguish himself as a hero.
