Cdr. Talec Andazi is a Natal officer in the Confederate Systems Armed Forces and is currently serving as the liason officer between the Colonia Expedition and the Confederate Systems. He is one of their most-skilled and resourceful officers, having been raised on the harsh colony world of Sarif. He originally studied engineering before joining the Armed Forces, where he served for several years on the Malor under Commander Garel before joining the private security detail of the Chancellor.
