Paradise Island is an island inhabited by the immortal Amazons (aka female warriors). Themyscira is located on that island. The island is watched over by the Olympian goddesses, Athena and Aphrodite, who are part of an alien race from the planet Caltos. It is also the birthplace of Princess Diana, who is the SuperFriends member known as Wonder Woman.
