Frank Rosario Capra was a Human film director and actor on the planet Earth in the 20th century. One of seven children, Frank Capra was born on 18 May 1897, in Italy. He is most known for his films It's a Wonderful Life and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. Capra died on 3 September 1991 in California.
