Nekrum Gutchewer is a level 45-46 elite troll found in Zul'Farrak. He co-leads the 100 trolls who assault the pyramid with Shadowpriest Sezz'ziz. His medallion is rumored to give an unnatural life span, for a price, that is. Thadius Grimshade wants Nekrum's medallion. Note that Nekrum is an undead target and can be hit with spells such as Shackle Undead, Holy Wrath, and Turn Undead.
