Harm and Mac take on the case of a Marine Gunnery Sergeant accused of killing his alcoholic wife but the Gunnery Sergeant's refusal to have his young son testify raises Harm's suspicious that something isn't right while Singer departs JAG for her new assignment on the U.S.S. Seahawk and Bud struggles to adjust to rehab which isn't helped by the fact that his father isn't around.
