The Orc Barracks in the far south of the third area within the Tower District is the base of operations for Vansi Bloodscar and the Many-Arrows orcs. As expected, it is dense with elite orcs and several ogres which makes fighting in this neighborhood difficult due to the high chance of unintended aggo.
