Korrax (core-axe) are large, giraffe-sized lithotrophic nectarivores native to . They are popular prey among Charonites; the aggressive creatures provide both a challenge and a wealth of usable materials. Their sturdy, light-weight bones make excellent weapons; their thick hide can be used to make tough, flexible armor; the korrax proboscis and antennae make for popular hunting trophies and decorations; even their acidic digestive fluid is used in Charonite tattooing ceremonies, making it easier to mark their tough flesh.
