Palis Delon was a ballerina and Julian Bashir's girlfriend when he was at Starfleet Medical Academy. In his opinion, she was graceful and had "exquisite feet". Her father was the top administrator at a medical complex in Paris and offered Bashir a job there. He promised that within five years Bashir would be the chief of surgery. Bashir declined, choosing his Starfleet career over her, finally accepting a post on Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Armageddon Game")
