General Zahl is an enemy of the Doom Patrol and Teen Titans. He was once a Nazi captain and killed many enemies but he later became a mercenary after the fall of the Nazi. Zahl later joined the Brotherhood of Evil to fight the Doom Patrol and eventually Teen Titans. He was also under the Brotherhood leader's command and managed to kill the original Doom Patrol.
