Mr. Packenham is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series. He is one of P.S. 118's fifth grade teachers, as well as the school's "music appreciation" expert; he led the field trip to the opera in "What's Opera, Arnold?". In "Helga's Show", Mr. Simmons mistakes Helga's impression of him for one of Mr. Packenham.
