Cobbing was a common Quidditch foul that consisted of a player using his elbows excessively to hurt an opponent. All players could commit this foul. In the final of the 1994 Quidditch World Cup, Ireland was awarded a penalty because the Bulgarian Keeper, Zograf had cobbed Mullet, an Irish Chaser.
