Terry Kinney (born January 29, 1954, Lincoln, Illinois) is an American stage and screen actor who made his TV debut as A.D.A. William Pepin, who gave high school football star Archie Ellis a free walk for cooperating with Metro-Dade Vice, then revoked it trying to get a bigger fish (Curtis "Count" Walker) in the episode "The Good Collar" of the series Miami Vice.
