Tiklor was a male Klingon physician in the 24th century. He was a member of the Klingon Physicians Enclave, and was assigned to the base on Mempa V sometime prior to 2376. At one point in his career, Tiklor performed a surgery on KDF Captain Grannk, which was attended by Dr. B'Oraq. At the KPE conference at Novat in 2376, B'Oraq accused Tiklor of bungling the operation and nearly killing Grannk. Tiklor challenged B'Oraq over this insult, and he was quickly killed by her in honorable combat. (KE novel: A Burning House)
