On June 1, 1997, Just Blue Broadcasting was purchased by Granite Broadcasting Corporation. On August 31, 1997, Granite Broadcasting Corporation sold twenty RKO stations, fifteen ABC stations, ten CBS stations, eight NBC stations, six FOX stations, five Univision stations, and four Telemundo stations to RKO Holdings.
