Quién (Japanese: クイエン Kuien) is the Gym Leader of Kansai City's Gym, officially known as the Kansai Gym. He hands out the Faux Badge to Trainers that defeat him. He specializes in Flying-type Pokémon. His Slogan is "The Millionaire Man".
