Neutropolis is the main metropolitan area of Nebula and ultimately Perfectium. It is separated into three districts; the Residential District, where civilians go to rest at night, the Business District, where they work during the day, and Downtown, where everybody goes after work to hang out. It’s a very monotonous lifestyle; you can often tell where someone will be just by knowing one day of their schedule. There are gates in all of the cardinal directions that leave out to the Plains of Balance. Streets are basically in a grid pattern, with buildings on every block. They’re named after trees, gems, and other natural items. The portal is located in the cross-section of Oak and Topaz street, in the Business District.
