Mendora was a mythic figure known to the inhabitants of the Berussian Cluster; their equivalent of the Devil. The con artist pretending to be Ardra claimed that she was known as Mendora in the Berussian Cluster. (TNG: "Devil's Due" ) This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
